Elongation
- Elongation is the translation where proteins are made
- tRNA enters the ribosome and goes to a section called the A site
- It bonds with the mRNA
- Then another tRNA goes into a spot called the P site
- The protein detaches at the A site and the tRNA moves into the A site pushing the other tRNA out this process is called translocation
- This process continues until a long chain is made
